The first step in this process is a free consultation. If we decide to move forward, we will negotiate payment based on this fee structure. There is no obligation for the initial consultation.

Friday – Sunday Base Fee: $699 

Includes a customized wedding ceremony, planning meeting, and correspondence, in addition to officiating your wedding.

Monday – Thursday Base Fee: $499 

Includes a customized wedding ceremony, planning meeting, and correspondence, in addition to officiating your wedding.

Wedding Rehearsal: $199

This is an excellent option for smaller events that do not have a wedding coordinator. 

Travel and Mileage: 

Excluding the initial consultation, any and all travel to and from any scheduled meetings and/or the wedding venue will be reimbursed at the standard IRS rate and rounded up. If the location of the wedding ceremony is more than sixty (60) miles from Santa Rosa, CA, In that case, the Couple may be required to provide appropriate, clean, safe, and private overnight accommodations on the day of the Wedding Ceremony and/or the eve of the Wedding Ceremony if there is a Wedding Rehearsal. The Officiant must approve of all accommodations.  

To secure your date, a $250 non-refundable deposit will be required.
